# §30183. Prohibition on certain disclosures


Any report of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, or of any officer, [employee](/usc/49/31301.md?p=7), or contractor of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, relating to any highway traffic accident or the investigation of such accident conducted pursuant to this chapter or [section 403 of title 23](/usc/23/403.md), may be made available to the public only in a manner that does not identify individuals.
