# §22906. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to the [Secretary](/usc/49/22401.md?p=14) of Transportation for capital grants under this chapter the following amounts:

- (1) For fiscal year 2009, $100,000,000.
- (2) For fiscal year 2010, $300,000,000.
- (3) For fiscal year 2011, $400,000,000.
- (4) For fiscal year 2012, $500,000,000.
- (5) For fiscal year 2013, $600,000,000.
