# §11905. Disobedience to subpoenas


A [person](/usc/49/13102.md?p=18) not obeying a subpoena or requirement of the [Board](/usc/49/10102.md?p=1) to appear and testify or produce records shall be fined at least $100 but not more than $5,000, imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
