# §2125. Exemption from liability for claims


The [Oversight Board](/usc/48/2104.md?p=17), its members, and its employees shall not be liable for any obligation of or claim against the [Oversight Board](/usc/48/2104.md?p=17) or its members or employees or the [territorial government](/usc/48/2104.md?p=18) resulting from actions taken to carry out this chapter.
