# §1955. Audit certification


The chief officer of any agency conducting an audit pursuant to [paragraph (1)](/usc/48/1902.md?p=c-1) of sections 1902(c) and [1903(m)](/usc/48/1903.md?p=m) of this title and [section 1931(d)(1)(C) of this title](/usc/48/1931.md?p=d-1-C) shall certify that audit.
