# §333. Willful or malicious interference


No [person](/usc/47/153.md?p=39) shall willfully or maliciously interfere with or cause interference to any [radio communications](/usc/47/153.md?p=40) of any station licensed or authorized by or under this chapter or operated by the [United States](/usc/47/153.md?p=58) Government.
