# §7505. Review of information in National Driver Register


The [Secretary](/usc/46/2101.md?p=46) shall make information received from the National Driver [Register](/usc/46/12101.md?p=b-1) under [section 30305(b)(7) of title 49](/usc/49/30305.md?p=b-7) available to an individual for review and written comment before denying, suspending, revoking, or taking any other action relating to a [license](/usc/46/12101.md?p=b-2), [certificate of registry](/usc/46/12101.md?p=b-1), or merchant mariner’s document authorized to be issued for that individual under this part, based on that information.
