# §55115. Supplies on fish processing vessels


[Section 55102 of this title](/usc/46/55102.md) does not apply to supplies aboard a [United States](/usc/46/53101.md?p=10) documented [fish processing vessel](/usc/46/2101.md?p=13) that are necessary and used for processing or assembling fishery products aboard such a [vessel](/usc/46/53501.md?p=9).
