# §46108. Authorization of appropriations


There is authorized to be appropriated to the Federal Maritime [Commission](/usc/46/42501.md?p=1) $32,869,000 for fiscal year 2022, $38,260,000 for fiscal year 2023, $43,720,000 for fiscal year 2024, and $49,200,000 for fiscal year 2025 for the activities of the [Commission](/usc/46/42501.md?p=1) authorized under this chapter and subtitle IV.
