# §41105A. Authority


Nothing in [section 41105](/usc/46/41105.md), as amended by the Federal Maritime [Commission](/usc/46/42501.md?p=1) Authorization Act of 2017, shall be construed to limit the authority of the Department of Justice regarding antitrust matters.
