# §11112. Master’s lien for wages


The [master](/usc/46/10101.md?p=1) of a documented vessel has the same lien against the vessel for the [master](/usc/46/10101.md?p=1)’s wages and the same priority as any other [seaman](/usc/46/10101.md?p=3) serving on the vessel.
