# §1211. Denali National Park and Preserve lands


On the [date of transfer](/usc/45/1202.md?p=4) to the [State](/usc/45/1202.md?p=13) (pursuant to [section 1203 of this title](/usc/45/1203.md)) or other disposition (pursuant to [section 1210 of this title](/usc/45/1210.md)), that portion of [rail properties of the Alaska Railroad](/usc/45/1202.md?p=10) within the Denali National Park and Preserve shall, subject to the [exclusive-use easement](/usc/45/1202.md?p=6) granted pursuant to [section 1203(b)(1)(D) of this title](/usc/45/1203.md?p=b-1-D), be transferred to the [Secretary](/usc/45/1202.md?p=12) of the Interior for administration as part of the Denali National Park and Preserve, except that a transferee under [section 1210 of this title](/usc/45/1210.md) shall receive the same interest as the [State](/usc/45/1202.md?p=13) under [section 1203(b)(1)(D) of this title](/usc/45/1203.md?p=b-1-D).
