# §1012. Publications and reports


Within 45 days after May 30, 1980, the [Board](/usc/45/1002.md?p=2) shall publish, and make available for distribution by the [Rock Island Railroad](/usc/45/1002.md?p=5) to all eligible [employees](/usc/45/1002.md?p=4), a document which describes in detail the rights of such [employees](/usc/45/1002.md?p=4) under sections 1005, 1006,[^1] 1007, and [1014](/usc/45/1014.md) of this title.
