# §2110. Servicing records


The [Archivist](/usc/44/2101.md?p=3) shall provide and maintain facilities he considers necessary or desirable for [servicing](/usc/44/2901.md?p=9) [records](/usc/44/2901.md?p=1) in his custody that are not exempt from examination by statutory or other restrictions.
