# §911. Regulations


The [Secretary](/usc/43/31b.md?p=7) of the Interior shall prescribe such rules and regulations as will be necessary to the carrying out of the provisions of sections [908](/usc/43/908.md) to [910](/usc/43/910.md) of this title.
