# §646. Grant extended to New Mexico and Arizona


All the provisions of sections [641](/usc/43/641.md), [642](/usc/43/642.md) and [643](/usc/43/643.md)[^1] of this title are extended to the [States](/usc/43/31b.md?p=8) of New Mexico and Arizona, and the said [States](/usc/43/31b.md?p=8) upon complying with the provisions of said sections shall be entitled to have and receive all of the benefits therein conferred upon the [States](/usc/43/31b.md?p=8).
