# §618a–1. Availability of Colorado River Development Fund for investigation and construction purposes


The availability of appropriations from the Colorado River Development Fund for the investigation and construction of projects in any of the [States](/usc/43/31b.md?p=8) of the Colorado River Basin shall not be held to forbid the expenditure of other funds for those purposes in any of those [States](/usc/43/31b.md?p=8) where such funds are otherwise available therefor.
