# §390kk. Residency not required


Notwithstanding any other provision of law, [irrigation water](/usc/43/390bb.md?p=5) made available from the operation of [reclamation project](/usc/43/373c.md?p=2) facilities shall not be withheld from delivery to any [project](/usc/43/390bb.md?p=8) lands for the reason that the owners, lessees, or operators do not live on or near them.
