# §315m–4. Disposition of receipts; availability for leasing of land


All moneys received by the [Secretary](/usc/43/31b.md?p=7) of the Interior in the administration of leased lands as provided in [section 315m–2 of this title](/usc/43/315m–2.md) shall be deposited in the Treasury of the United States as miscellaneous receipts, but are made available, when appropriated by the Congress, for the leasing of lands under sections [315m–1](/usc/43/315m–1.md) to 315m–4 of this title and shall not be distributed as provided under sections [315i](/usc/43/315i.md) and [315j](/usc/43/315j.md) of this title.
