# §315m–3. Availability of contributions received


Contributions received by the [Secretary](/usc/43/31b.md?p=7) of the Interior under [section 315h of this title](/usc/43/315h.md), toward the administration, protection, and improvement of any district shall be additionally available for the leasing of lands under sections [315m–1](/usc/43/315m–1.md) to [315m–4](/usc/43/315m–4.md) of this title.
