# §2901. Purpose


The purpose of this chapter is to facilitate the transfer of title to [Reclamation project](/usc/43/2902.md?p=7) [facilities](/usc/43/2902.md?p=3-A) to [qualifying entities](/usc/43/2902.md?p=5) on the completion of repayment of capital costs.
