# §1624. Regulations; issuance; publication in Federal Register


The [Secretary](/usc/43/1602.md?p=a) is authorized to issue and publish in the Federal Register, pursuant to subchapter II of [chapter 5](/usc/5/chptI/ch5.md) of title 5, such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
