# §1576. Interagency cooperation


In carrying out the provisions of this subchapter, the [Secretary](/usc/43/31b.md?p=7) shall consult and cooperate with the Secretary of State, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, the [Secretary](/usc/43/31b.md?p=7) of Agriculture, and other affected Federal, [State](/usc/43/31b.md?p=8), and local agencies.
