# §1473e. Acceptance of donations and bequests for Natural Resources Library


In fiscal year 1999 and thereafter, the [Secretary](/usc/43/31b.md?p=7) may accept donations and bequests of money, services, or other personal property for the management and enhancement of the Department’s Natural Resources Library. The [Secretary](/usc/43/31b.md?p=7) may hold, use, and administer such donations until expended and without further appropriation.
