# §9859f. Reports


Each [State](/usc/42/9832.md?p=25) that receives an allotment under [section 9859c of this title](/usc/42/9859c.md) shall annually prepare and submit to the [Secretary](/usc/42/9832.md?p=24) a report that describes—

- (1) the activities carried out with funds made available through the allotment; and
- (2) the progress made by the [State](/usc/42/9832.md?p=25) toward achieving the goals described in the application submitted by the [State](/usc/42/9832.md?p=25) under [section 9859d of this title](/usc/42/9859d.md).
