# §8630. Renewable fuels


In providing assistance pursuant to this subchapter, a [State](/usc/42/8622.md?p=10), or any other person with which the [State](/usc/42/8622.md?p=10) makes arrangements to carry out the purposes of this subchapter, may purchase renewable fuels, including biomass.
