# §7651l. General compliance with other provisions


Except as expressly provided, compliance with the requirements of this subchapter shall not exempt or exclude the [owner](/usc/42/13641.md?p=4) or operator of any source subject to this subchapter from compliance with any other applicable requirements of this chapter.
