# §7384p. Responsibilities of Secretary of Health and Human Services


The [Secretary](/usc/42/7385s.md?p=3) of Health and Human Services shall carry out that [Secretary](/usc/42/7385s.md?p=3)’s responsibilities with respect to the compensation program with the assistance of the [Director](/usc/42/7381g.md?p=1) of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.
