# §7384g. Authorization of appropriations

- (a) **In general—** Pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 3103(a),[^1] $25,000,000 may be used for purposes of carrying out this subchapter.
- (b) **Compensation fund—** There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $250,000,000 to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund established by [section 7384e of this title](/usc/42/7384e.md).
