# §7382f. Authorization of appropriations

- (a) **In general—** There are authorized to be appropriated for the Program $700,000 for fiscal year 1995, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the four succeeding fiscal years.
- (b) **WERC program—** There are authorized to be appropriated for the WERC program under [section 7382e of this title](/usc/42/7382e.md) such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1995 and each of the four succeeding fiscal years.
