# §704b. Nonavailability of allotments after close of fiscal year


No allotment for this or any succeeding [fiscal year](/usc/42/619.md?p=3) under such title V shall be available after the close of such [fiscal year](/usc/42/619.md?p=3) except as may be necessary to liquidate obligations incurred during such year.
