# §6991m. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to the [Administrator](/usc/42/6903.md?p=1) the following amounts:

- (1) To carry out this subchapter (except sections [6991b(h)](/usc/42/6991b.md?p=h), [6991d(c)](/usc/42/6991d.md?p=c), [6991j](/usc/42/6991j.md), and [6991k](/usc/42/6991k.md) of this title) $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2011.
- (2) From the [Trust Fund](/usc/42/6991.md?p=9)—
  - (A) to carry out [section 6991b(h) of this title](/usc/42/6991b.md?p=h) (except [section 6991b(h)(12) of this title](/usc/42/6991b.md?p=h-12)) $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2011;
  - (B) to carry out [section 6991b(h)(12) of this title](/usc/42/6991b.md?p=h-12), $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2011;
  - (C) to carry out sections [6991b(i)](/usc/42/6991b.md?p=i), [6991c(f)](/usc/42/6991c.md?p=f), and [6991d(c)](/usc/42/6991d.md?p=c) of this title $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2011; and
  - (D) to carry out sections [6991i](/usc/42/6991i.md), [6991j](/usc/42/6991j.md), [6991k](/usc/42/6991k.md), and [6991l](/usc/42/6991l.md) of this title $55,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2011.
