# §6965. Chief Financial Officer report


The Chief Financial Officer of each affected [agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) shall submit to Congress an annual report containing, to the extent practicable, a detailed description of the compliance activities undertaken by the [agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) for [mixed waste](/usc/42/6903.md?p=41) streams, and an accounting of the fines and penalties imposed on the [agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) for [violations](/usc/42/2000e–16a.md?p=c) involving [mixed waste](/usc/42/6903.md?p=41).
