# §6891. Exchange of energy information among the States


The [Secretary](/usc/42/6802.md?p=1) of Energy shall (through conferences, publications, and other appropriate means) encourage and facilitate the exchange of information among the [States](/usc/42/6802.md?p=6) with respect to energy conservation and increased use of nondepletable energy sources.
