# §6806. Statement in annual report


The [Secretary](/usc/42/6802.md?p=1) shall include in each annual report submitted under [section 7267 of this title](/usc/42/7267.md) a statement with respect to activities conducted under this subchapter and recommendations as to the need for and types of further Federal legislation.
