# §6373. Off-highway motor vehicles


Not later than 1 year after November 9, 1978, the [Secretary](/usc/42/6202.md?p=1) of Transportation shall complete a study of the [energy](/usc/42/6291.md?p=3) conservation potential of recreational motor vehicles, including, but not limited to, aircraft and motor boats which are designed for recreational use, and shall submit a report to the President and to the Congress containing the results of such study.
