# §6250f. Limit on amount of petroleum distillate


Notwithstanding [section 6250 of this title](/usc/42/6250.md), for fiscal year 2012 and hereafter, the [Northeast Home Heating Oil] [Reserve](/usc/42/6232.md?p=9) shall contain no more than 1 million barrels of petroleum distillate.
