# §5515. Use of publicly assisted housing by Secretary in demonstrations


The [Secretary](/usc/42/5502.md?p=5) shall make appropriate use of publicly assisted housing and particularly low-rent housing assisted under the United States Housing Act of 1937 [[42 U.S.C. 1437](/usc/42/1437.md) et seq.] in demonstrating [solar heating](/usc/42/5502.md?p=1) systems and [combined solar heating and cooling](/usc/42/5502.md?p=2) systems under this subchapter.
