# §5421. Prohibition on waiver of rights


The rights afforded [manufactured home](/usc/42/5402.md?p=6) [purchasers](/usc/42/5402.md?p=10) under this chapter may not be waived, and any provision of a contract or agreement entered into after August 22, 1974, to the contrary shall be void.
