# §5065. Protection against improper use


Whoever falsely—

- (1) advertises or represents; or
- (2) publishes or displays any sign, symbol, or advertisement, reasonably calculated to convey the impression,

that an entity is affiliated with, funded by, or operating under the authority of the [Corporation](/usc/42/5061.md?p=7), [VISTA](/usc/42/5061.md?p=18), or any of the programs of the [National Senior Service Corps](/usc/42/5061.md?p=13) may be enjoined under an action filed by the Attorney General, on a complaint by the [Director](/usc/42/5061.md?p=1).
