# §5028a. Prohibition


The [Director](/usc/42/5061.md?p=1) may not reduce the activities, [projects](/usc/42/13641.md?p=2), or volunteers funded under the other parts of this subchapter in order to support [projects](/usc/42/13641.md?p=2) under this part.
