# §4908. Imports


The [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) of the Treasury shall, in consultation with the [Administrator](/usc/42/4902.md?p=1), issue regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter with respect to [new products](/usc/42/4902.md?p=5) imported or offered for importation.
