# §4370b. Availability of fees and charges to carry out Agency programs


Notwithstanding any other provision of law, after September 30, 1990, amounts deposited in the Licensing and Other Services Fund from fees and charges assessed and collected by the [Administrator](/usc/42/4005.md?p=1) for services and activities carried out pursuant to the statutes administered by the Environmental Protection [Agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) shall thereafter be available to carry out the [Agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1)’s activities in the programs for which the fees or charges are made.
