# §4362a. Membership of Task Force on Environmental Cancer and Heart and Lung Disease


The [Director](/usc/42/11851.md?p=5) of the National Center for Health Statistics and the head of the Center for Disease Control (or the successor to such entity) shall each serve as members of the [Task Force](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=3) on Environmental Cancer and Heart and Lung Disease established under [section 4362 of this title](/usc/42/4362.md).
