# §4130. No cause of action


No cause of action shall exist and no claim may be brought against the [United States](/usc/42/4121.md?p=a-2) for [violation](/usc/42/2000e–16a.md?p=c) of any notification requirement imposed upon the [United States](/usc/42/4121.md?p=a-2) by this subtitle or any amendment made by this subtitle.
