# §4124. Applicability of fiscal controls


The provisions of [chapter 91](/usc/31/chstVI/ch91.md) of title 31 shall apply to the program authorized under this chapter to the same extent as they apply to wholly owned Government [corporations](/usc/42/2297h.md?p=2).
