# §3339. Limitation on amount of grant


Grants made under [section 3335 of this title](/usc/42/3335.md) for [projects](/usc/42/13641.md?p=2) in any one [State](/usc/42/3338.md?p=3) shall not exceed in the aggregate 15 per centum of the aggregate amount of funds authorized to be appropriated pursuant to [section 3336(b) of this title](/usc/42/3336.md?p=b).
