# §3220. Acceptance of certifications by applicants


Under terms and conditions determined by the [Secretary](/usc/42/3122.md?p=13), the [Secretary](/usc/42/3122.md?p=13) may accept the certifications of an applicant for assistance under this chapter that the applicant meets the requirements of this chapter.
