# §3058c. Organization


In order for a [State](/usc/42/3002.md?p=51) to be eligible to receive allotments under this part—

- (1) the [State](/usc/42/3002.md?p=51) shall demonstrate eligibility under [section 3025 of this title](/usc/42/3025.md);
- (2) the [State agency](/usc/42/3002.md?p=52) designated by the [State](/usc/42/3002.md?p=51) shall demonstrate compliance with the applicable requirements of [section 3025 of this title](/usc/42/3025.md); and
- (3) each [area agency on aging](/usc/42/3002.md?p=6) designated by the [State agency](/usc/42/3002.md?p=52) and participating in such a [program](/usc/42/3056p.md?p=a-7) shall demonstrate compliance with the applicable requirements of [section 3025 of this title](/usc/42/3025.md).
