# §300mm–42. Administrative arrangement authority


The WTC [Program](/usc/42/274l–1.md?p=4) [Administrator](/usc/42/300bb–8.md?p=4) may enter into arrangements with other government [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1), insurance companies, or other third-party [administrators](/usc/42/300bb–8.md?p=4) to provide for timely and accurate processing of claims under sections [300mm–22](/usc/42/300mm–22.md), [300mm–23](/usc/42/300mm–23.md), [300mm–32](/usc/42/300mm–32.md), and [300mm–33](/usc/42/300mm–33.md) of this title.
